Get one-to-one measuring guidance on WhatsApp before confirming your custom shutters.

Prepare your window information

Give each opening a name and take a straight-on photograph of the complete window.
Show handles, the sill, surrounding walls and anything that may obstruct opening panels.
Use a tape measure, record the unit and explain what you measured: the opening, recess or proposed finished frame.
Keep initial measurements separate from final ordering dimensions. Do not subtract a standard allowance unless we have confirmed it for your selected frame and fitting position.

Tell us about your project and your preferred time for a WhatsApp video call. We will confirm the appointment with you.
2. Get ready
Have a tape measure ready and make sure you can reach the window safely. Bring photographs of any areas that are difficult to access.
3. Meet on WhatsApp
Our specialist guides you through the measurements for your window, frame and mounting position.
4. Double check
We review the details with the workshop and contact you if any information needs completing.
5. Design your shutters
