When will my order arrive?
As every shutter is made to measure, production usually takes 20–30 working days. Delivery from factory to the UK takes approximately 35 working days. In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 55–65 working days of placing it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because all our products are made to measure, your order will be sent to our factory for production within five working days of being placed. You may amend or cancel your order at any time before production begins. Once production has started, however, we’re unable to accept any changes or cancellations.
Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?
If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our quality standards due to an issue on our side, you may return it or request a replacement, which we’ll send free of charge.

How can I complete the measurement and installation?
Before placing the formal order, you can contact our staff to assist you in using the mobile software distance-measuring tool for estimation, or you can measure yourself using a tape measure. Once you are satisfied with our overall quotation and products and place the order, we can arrange for a measurement worker to come to your place to measure the precise dimensions and assist you in completing the order.
After you receive the product, you can install it by yourself with the help of an installer. Because the installation of our product is very simple. Even you can complete it by yourself.
What are the materials of the product?
Our shutters are available in solid paulownia wood, solid basswood, solid oak, high-grade PVC and aluminium alloy.
